Turkey Day Trial Run
We decided to cook the turkey in the freezer that Z got last year from her company so we could make sure we knew what we were doin' this year. I think she did a very good job, and I tried the first leg to make sure it was fit to eat. Yummy.... Also I got to try out my electric knife that Mom and Dad Schrader got me for Christmas last year. All in all, we had plenty of turkey left over, and still do!!

Dude, Stephanie and I make a fucking awesome stuffing for our chickens. 1 big-ass thing of stove-top stuffing, 1 lb spicy sausage, 4 tart apples (like granny smith or something). Make the stuffing, cook the ground sausage and add it to the stuffing, chop the apples up really small and throw those in, too. This shit is boner-inducing, guaranteed.
